Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at premomarketing.com and the websites, Facebook and Instagram advertising, and related marketing services for local service businesses provided by Adams Friendship PC, LLC, doing business as Premo Marketing.

1. Legal entity

All services, contracts and obligations are legally held by Adams Friendship PC, LLC. "Premo Marketing" is a trade name. Any signed proposal or service agreement between you and Adams Friendship PC, LLC takes precedence over these Terms where the two differ.

2. Using this site

By using this site you agree to provide truthful and accurate information in our forms, not to use the site for any unauthorised or unlawful purpose, and to abide by any additional agreement you sign with us.

3. Booking a strategy session

A strategy session booked through this site is free and carries no obligation on either side. We may decline or reschedule a booking. Booking creates a calendar invitation sent to the email address you provide; if you need to move or cancel, reply to that invitation or call us.

4. Communication and consent

By submitting a form you agree that we may contact you by phone and email about your enquiry. Text messaging is separate and optional: we send text messages only if you tick the text-message consent box on the form, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information is protected — it is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Services, quotes and payment

Paid work is described in a written proposal or quote that states the scope, price, and payment schedule. Nothing is owed until you accept a proposal. Where work is paid in stages, each stage is invoiced as described in the proposal. Advertising spend paid to Meta or any other platform is separate from our fees and is billed by that platform to your own account.

6. What you own

You own your website, your domain, your advertising accounts, and the audience data built within them. We build inside accounts in your name where the platform allows it, and on ending our work together you keep everything we built for you, subject to payment of outstanding invoices. Our internal tools, templates and methods remain ours.

7. Intellectual property

The content and branding on this site are the property of Adams Friendship PC, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. No guarantee of results

Our services and this website are provided on an "as-is" basis. Marketing and software outcomes depend on many factors outside our control; we make no guarantee of specific results, rankings, response rates, or savings unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adams Friendship PC, LLC's total liability arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any legal action related to them shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Adams County, Wisconsin.
